Shipping policy

Delivery prices quoted are mainland UK mainland only. However the following places incur additional delivery charges, N Ireland, Eire, Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands. If a order is placed within these areas we will be in touch to quote an additional charge. We will contact you at least two days before your order is due for delivery and therefore if your order is placed on delivery and your unable to receive it we have the right to charge you to redeliver the parcel. If your parcel is placed on a Bespoke Glass Products van we won’t package your parcel as we would if it was placed on a courier service as we are trained on how to handle and protect glass and this then reduces package waste.

The lead time of working days doesn’t include bank holiday’s and the Christmas Break up of the 18th to the 4th of January.

All panels currently have an estimated lead time of 10-12 working days.
